1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”) and NeatNest Cleaner & Disinfecting (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking our cleaning services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
- NeatNest Cleaner offers residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning services as described on our website and service agreements.
- The scope of the cleaning services will be agreed upon during the booking process. Any changes or additions must be communicated and approved in advance.
- Services are subject to availability and may vary depending on location and schedule.
3. Booking and Payment
- Bookings can be made online, over the phone, or via email.
- Payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. For recurring services, payments may be scheduled based on the agreed terms.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and other digital payment options specified during the booking process.
- A deposit may be required for large-scale or specialized cleaning jobs.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
- Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule services at no additional cost if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Refunds and Complaints
- If you are dissatisfied with our services, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will assess and, if appropriate, re-clean the affected area(s) free of charge.
- Refunds are issued at the discretion of NeatNest Cleaner and will only be considered if re-cleaning is not feasible.
6. Access to Property
- The Client must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property due to locked doors, security codes, or other restrictions, the Client may be charged a fee for rescheduling.
- Clients must ensure that utilities such as water and electricity are available during the service.
7. Health and Safety
- Our cleaning professionals adhere to strict safety protocols, including the use of eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products whenever possible.
- The Client must inform us of any hazards, including pets, biohazards, or other safety concerns, prior to the service.
8. Damage and Liability
- NeatNest Cleaner is fully insured. If damage occurs due to negligence on our part, it must be reported within 24 hours of the service for a resolution.
- We are not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, improperly installed fixtures, or unsecured valuables.
- The Client is responsible for securing fragile or high-value items before the cleaning service.
9. Use of Eco-Friendly Products
- We strive to use eco-friendly and sustainable cleaning products. Clients may request alternative products for an additional fee. Clients must notify us in advance of any allergies or sensitivities.
10. Termination of Service
- NeatNest Cleaner reserves the right to terminate services without notice if unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous conditions are present or if our staff faces harassment or abuse.
11. Privacy
- We respect your privacy and adhere to data protection laws. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your personal data is collected, stored, and used.
12. Force Majeure
- NeatNest Cleaner is not liable for delays or failures to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, or public health emergencies.
13. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
